Kiba (Coach & Owner)
With a background in professional rugby, athletics and strength training I have been immersed in sport and training for over 15 years. I apply the knowledge and skills I have gained through my own experience and learning in my work as a coach. I use sound principles and solid technical methods to offer my clients the best possible route to success.

Jonny (Coach)
In the 13 years I’ve been a personal trainer, and in an industry where people often ask what you specialize in, I’ve made it my goal to be as multifaceted as possible. Whether that be through training clients in contrasting parts of the world both (UK and China), training clients from all backgrounds (cultural, athletic, the disabled community, older and younger population), training 1-2-1, 1-2, small classes and events with hundreds of people, as well as my own varied competitive experience and accolades including 1st, 2nd and 3rd places respectively in strongman, Deka and long distance running events. One thing that has remained constant through out is my passion and motivation to constantly hone my craft and to deliver the best training experience to anyone, no matter their goals or barriers, to anyone that enters The Training Rooms!

Anton (Coach)
When training clients, my philosophy is that it has to be something that enhances your life and is not seen as an arduous chore. Boxing was a gateway for me to discover how fitness will always be about the healthy relationship between the body and the mind. Over 10 years I’ve developed my knowledge in strength, conditioning and boxing coaching working with a variety of clients in London and Brighton. Whether requiring coaching for a boxing match or help training to improve quality of life, I’m proud to support both your physical and mental development.

We give bespoke support and devise individual programming for each client to ensure they reach their targets. We focus on strength training, conditioning, fitness, weight loss, injury rehab and general wellbeing. With us you will work in a fun, but challenging environment. We enjoy helping people get active and achieve, no matter what their objectives are.
